Sales and shipping conditions

In the hours after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the order has been processed and sent, you will receive an e-mail to know the day on which it will be shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number in order to monitor its status.
It is important to correctly indicate the despatch address since, once the order confirmation has been received, Sibarist will not be able to change the address.
Delivery shall be made to the address indicated. If you are not at home, the courier service will leave you a note with detailed information on where to find your parcel. Contact information will also appear should you have any question or require more information.
Delivery times in member states of the European Community shall be a maximum of 10 working days, depending on the processing time and on the service selected at the time of the purchase, always starting from the confirmation of order and with stock available.
The amount of our shipping expenses shall depend on the volume and weight of the product to be sent, and also on the destination address and country.
In Sibarist, we shall not accept liability for delays in the shipment service for reasons beyond our control or for additional costs that the transport may have, such as formalities, customs charges or others.
Once the order has been delivered to the address indicated, we cannot cover the costs of losses or theft.
Any formality concerning the shipment is the liability of the transport agency indicated in the confirmation e-mail, with which you should deal for the same.

Payments

Payments to Sibarist are made with the credit cards Visa, Mastercard or Electron. These services do not represent any additional commission for the buyer.
All taxes are included in the prices for countries of the European Community. For those which are not within the European Community, the import expenses and customs costs shall be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. This charge shall be borne by the recipient of the parcel. To avoid unexpected expenses, we recommend that you should contact the import offices of your country before placing the order.
If your country does not appear on placing the order or you have any question concerning payment or shipment, you may write to info@sibarist.com and we will inform you about the availability and possibilities of obtaining our products.

Exchanges or returns

You should request exchanges or returns by sending an e-mail to info@sibarist.coffee within a maximum period of 7 working days after having received the order. You will be told how to proceed by e-mail. Returns shall only be processed for products which are damaged or defective at the time of their receipt.

To accept exchanges or returns, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, conserving the original packing, and must be sent in a protected manner.
Differences in the tones or the intensity of the colours or textures, and in the shape of the veins of the wood shall not be a reasonable cause to return a product.
In the event of receiving the wrong object, you may return it and we will send you the correct article without any additional cost. We will reply to you as soon as possible and tell you how to return the goods. The shipping costs shall only be refunded when it is a return due to the product being defective or because the wrong product was sent. In all other cases of return or exchange, the costs shall be for the account of the buyer.
An article shall be considered to be damaged or defective when it presents a manufacturing defect. If the article has deteriorated due to incorrect use, it shall not be considered to be damaged.
Sibarist does not accept liability for inadequate use of its products.
