Dara Santana is a specialty coffee enthusiast, a born restless for development and research, which made us connect from the moment we met her in Milan during WOC 2022. Her vision and eagerness to learn and explore has taught us that we must be even closer to the people who trust our products in their daily lives, for this reason it has motivated us to create the SIBARIST-Grader (S-Grader) quality seal, it is a recognition for professionals who altruistically trust our brand and products and who, as recognition, are authorized to represent and disseminate their opinion about Sibarist.

Dara comes from Gran Canaria and currently lives in Madrid. She travels throughout the peninsula and part of abroad spreading her passion: coffee.
/wp:paragraph wp:paragraphShe merged her studies in chemical engineering with the professional disciplines "sensory", "brewing" and "barista" by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and pre-Q grader by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI).
/wp:paragraph wp:paragraphShe is currently dedicated to teaching, consulting, developing experiences and educational material to create a perfect bridge between coffee and all audiences.
/wp:paragraph wp:paragraphDara is participating in different R&D projects related to coffee water and coffee science. She is a super curious and passionate person, she has two of the best ingredients to continue growing "from science something simple and from coffee something sensitive".
