There are two filter paper technologies available for the UFO dripper, find the Jay’s comments:

• The FAST Specialty Coffee Filters(The conical filter is delivered sealed)

The FAST is our go-to for a lot of coffees. We especially love the FAST filters for those dense washed coffees that flow very slowly. With the FAST filters, you are able to grind much finer when coffee requires extensive surface area exposure to truly shine and still not end up with a pre-maturely clogged filter.

• The B3 Specialty Coffee Filters (The filter is delivered unfolded, se HOW TO USE below)

B3 flows slower than FAST. We enjoy B3 for fast flowing process impact-heavy (natural/anaerobic natural/carbonic maceration/co-ferment/yeast-inoculated, etc) coffees that require coarser grind sizes and a slower flow rate to provide sufficient contact time to extract all the good things while avoiding over extraction of the mega funky flavours that can often be overwhelming. This can also apply in roast levels. The more developed the roast, the more we will lean towards the B3 and grind even coarser.

1. Fold the sealed area of the filter
2. Place it in the dripper
3. Rins the filter to ensure the fitting and no air bubbles.
4. Enjoy

The B3 Specialty Coffee Filters (The filter is delivered unfolded)

The filters are packaged in a flat stack with pre-folded creases for users to fold.

1. Fold the 2 pre bend marks of the filter following the indentation marks on the paper. You just need to go over the folds.
2. Place it on the dripper and hold it.
3. Rins the filter to ensure the fitting and no air bubbles.
4. Enjoy.

The sealed packaging guarantees optimal conservation of the filters and prevents contamination from external dust and odours. Protect your cup!
