The FAST BIRD is a filter created using SIBARIST FAST Specialty Coffee Filter technology for the Weber Workshops BIRD. It allows for exploration of new extraction conditions and recipes, such as a finer grind size and/or more coffee, without over-extraction and while preventing clogging or overpressure in the device.

The result is a complex and fully flavored cup of coffee with a full body and silky mouthfeel, ensuring a lingering and extended aftertaste.
