The SIBARIST BREWING SYSTEM is created to reach maximum consistency during the coffee extraction, maximize the flavours and concentrate aromas into the beverage with a harmonic and ease workflow.
Inspired by minimalism, the BS eliminates the need for a traditional dripper, allowing natural percolation to occur.
The filter floats freely inside an insulated, heat-stable brewing chamber, eliminating external interference that could cause bypass or uneven extraction.
The inner chamber is designed to minimize the distance between the coffee bed and the cup, encouraging a clean, even flow during drawdown, reduces agitation or splashing, helping to preserve volatile compounds and aromas concentrated in the beverage. After the extraction the coffee flows gently distributed over an extended chamber surface, allowing for early heat dissipation contributing to better flavor retention.
The BS provides an ease and simplified workflow: the Halo allows to move the filter directly to the grinder to collect the coffee dose, moved to the brew chamber with no rinsing needed (due it doesn't need to fit its surface to a dripper) and finally moved to the disposal in a single, fluid motion, no extra components required.

HALO
A minimal, functional holder that simplifies filter handling. Move seamlessly from grinder to brew to disposal—no rinsing needed. Its shape doesn’t require adaptation to a traditional dripper.
BREWING CHAMBER
The core of the system: a hand-blown borosilicate glass brewing chamber crafted in Barcelona. The BREWING CHAMBER suspends the filter in a sealed space to lock in heat and volatile compounds. Its inner tower design minimizes heat loss and maximizes flavor capture.
FAST FILTERS
Featuring advanced SIBARIST filtration technology, these precision-engineered filters are key to the system’s performance. Tailored shapes allow you to dial in your preferred brew profile with versatility and control.
EXCHANGER
A temperature control insert for the BREWING CHAMBER that lets you influence the coffee’s final temperature. Fill it with water (cold or warm) to adjust serving temperature while preserving aromatic compounds and flavor richness.
