The Essence of Natural Brewing
Inspired by minimalism and simplicity, the SIBARIST Brewing System that let the extraction happens naturally, providing consistency and focusing on captures and concentrate all the tastier flavors into the beverage in an harmonic and ease workflow. The brewing process happens in a suspended, insulated and controlled brewing chamber, creating an ideal extraction environment by maintaining the filter suspended and floating inside without external interferences and focusing on consistency and designed to trap the flavors in and concentrate them into the beverage. Ease, is the basis of the system thought to improve all the process and workflow from grind to the disposal.
What’s included
HALO
A minimal, functional holder that simplifies filter handling. Move seamlessly from grinder to brew to disposal—no rinsing needed. Its shape doesn’t require adaptation to a traditional dripper.
SORA
The core of the system: a hand-blown borosilicate glass brewing chamber crafted in Barcelona. The SORA suspends the filter in a sealed space to lock in heat and volatile compounds. Its inner tower design minimizes heat loss and maximizes flavor capture.
FILTERS
Featuring advanced SIBARIST filtration technology, these precision-engineered filters are key to the system’s performance. Tailored shapes allow you to dial in your preferred brew profile with versatility and control.
BASKETS
Inspired by the SIBARIST BOOSTERS, this set of three filter holders empowers experimentation. Each basket creates a distinct extraction profile, helping you fine-tune development and flavor clarity—based on your coffee and preferences.
EXCHANGER
A temperature control insert for the SORA that lets you influence the coffee’s final temperature. Fill it with water (cold or warm) to adjust serving temperature while preserving aromatic compounds and flavor richness.
