The DUAL v2 is a stainless-steel precision screen that divides the brewing space into two separated brewing chambers, unlocking new possibilities in coffee extraction. You can blend different coffees, adjust grind sizes, or experiment with different ratios or recipes within a single brew, all while ensuring clean flow paths and highly controlled extraction. 

The concept follows SIBARIST's original DUAL Chamber filter design, aiming to provide two separate coffee-water contact times that result in different extraction developments within the same brew. This approach allows the final cup profile and flavor to be precisely shaped. 

For example, one chamber can focus on extracting a specific level of acidity, while the other emphasizes sweetness, making it possible to achieve the desired balance in the cup. The same principle can be applied to modulate body, mouthfeel, and aftertaste, enabling a truly personalized cup design.
