TRAPEZOID is a high-performance coffee filter designed for immersion trapezoid methods such as the Clever Dripper, as well as coffee machines using trapezoid baskets. Developed with SIBARIST's FAST or B3 Specialty Coffee Filter Technology, TRAPEZOID delivers precise flow control, clean extractions, and consistent results across immersion and batch brewing.

Depending on the chosen variant, FAST enables faster, even drawdowns and higher extraction efficiency for clean, silky cups, while B3 enhances sweetness, clarity, and balance through its optimized material structure.
