Designed with minimalist intent and functional clarity, the system suspends the filter within an elegant glass chamber. The result: a brewing process that naturally separates flavor compounds, extracting them in distinct stages—then bringing them together in a clean, consistent, and isolated environment.

How It Works

First pour: Water contacts the coffee grounds, dissolving the most soluble compounds and allowing them to pass through the filter—mimicking percolation.

Continued pour: Water level rises, immersing the coffee bed fully and extracting deeper flavor compounds that require more time to dissolve—like a classic immersion.

Final result: A unified and complex brew created within a sealed chamber, preserving temperature and aromatic volatiles.
