The UFO Dripper, developed by Jay and Kenzie, was built around Sibarist filters due to their unparalleled consistency. The goal of the UFO Special Edition is to provide the brewing community with a reliable and repeatable brewing experience.

Jay’s Vision:
“We wanted to create a conical dripper that captures the clarity and complexity of a traditional 60-degree dripper while balancing the sweetness and even extraction of a flat-bottom brewer. The UFO’s unique 80-degree wall angle, combined with air channels and UFO blocks, achieves this. The result is something truly special—a cup profile that has never existed before, blending the best of flat-bottom and conical geometries.”

FAST Specialty Coffee Filters (Sealed packaging for freshness)
"FAST is our go-to for dense washed coffees that flow slowly. These filters allow for finer grinding, increasing surface area exposure without clogging prematurely—unlocking the coffee’s full potential."

B3 Specialty Coffee Filters (Delivered unfolded – see HOW TO USE below)
"B3 flows slower than FAST, making it ideal for process-impact-heavy coffees (natural, anaerobic, carbonic maceration, co-ferment, yeast-inoculated, etc.). It supports coarser grinds, extending contact time for full extraction while avoiding over-extraction of intense funky flavors. We also prefer B3 for more developed roasts."
